My favorite Fantasyland Attraction is the Matterhorn. When I was younger this was my favorite attraction to go on. And it still is. When it went down for a few months this past year I was so sad. We then waited two hours on it’s opening day this year. It was the original roller coaster and it is unique to Disneyland which just makes it even more special.

Hmmm well poop this is already really hard. I think my favorite land would have to be Fantasyland.
Though I never really spend that much time in this land it is still my favorite. Everything about it is so quaint. Walking through the castle and seeing King Arthur’s Carousel. The different style of architecture that each building has. I love just being able to walk through it and sing along to the Disney songs being played by the Carousel. It really has some of the original Disney magic that makes Disneyland what it is.

The actual park bench from the Griffith Park Merry~Go~Round in Los Angeles, where Walt Disney first dreamed of Disneyland.
my jaw literally dropped… like i can’t even fathom sitting on this bench without crying.

My favorite piece of architecture in the park is of course the castle (pictures taken by me at the last trip). It really draws you into the fantasy of everything. the colors make it feel like it is a cartoon and bright and magical. I walked through it with the sleeping beauty attraction and it just seems like the place that I want to live in when I grow up. Can I just move into there?
Disneyland Fun Fact: The drawbridge to Sleeping Beauty Castle is not just there for show; still, in the park’s history, it has only been raised and lowered twice- during the televised grand opening of Disneyland and at the 1983 rededication of the new and improved Fantasyland

This has got to be not only my favorite ride in Fantasyland but also one of my favorite rides in the entire park! I love roller coasters and this one is great! The line may always seem long but the wait is never more than an hour and once you get on the twists and turns are amazing! I love seeing the yeti around the corners and when you get the view of the whole park, it’s magnificent! I can ride this ride all day, everyday!
