Things I have learned about recruitment:

it causes blisters (currently two on each foot)
all of my social anxiety goes away when I’m talking to PNMs
eating before and after is completely necessary (I almost passed out, whoops)
smiling hurts eventually
PNMs get excited and nervous when you see them outside of recruitment and say hello
some girls are not meant to be a part of your chapter
